For Trillo, winning the championship in just his second conference as full-time head coach of Alaska is truly special. Despite all the struggles he endured during the early phases of his coaching career, particularly the 2 winless seasons with Adamson, he never gave up and continued to strive to be better.

The La Salle and Ateneo PBA players will again square-off on June 2 at the MOA Arena. Game time is at 4PM. In the first edition of this exhibition match last year, the Archer pros won 117-104. This game will be right before the much-anticipated clash between the current Green Archers and Blue Eagles in the Fil-Oil preseason at 6:30 also in the same venue. As per SM Tickets website, it appear that there will be one ticket for both games.
