Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns Process

  1. Sign in to your account here: https://accounts.animonation.com/. If you do not have an account yet, use the email you used to order. Expect a One Time Code to be sent to your indicated Email.
  2. Once signed in, you can view your order history and submit a Return Request directly from your account. Orders past 30 days from the Order Date cannot be returned anymore.
  3. From the Order history page, select the eligible item/s you want to return.
  4. Our team will approve your Return Request within 24-48 hours. Weekends and Holidays not included.
  5. If we approved, we will send you a Returns Label. (Returns Label to be a Printed Document A4). Expect an Email on your Return Request Status.
  6. Print and Insert the Returns Label in the Original Order Packaging. Then, book your desired courier to deliver the Return to our Office. Shipping Details and Instructions will be sent to you as well in email in the Returns Label. Please take note that our office can only receive returns from Mondays-Fridays, 8am-4pm, Holidays not included.
  7. We will do a Quality Check on the Return within 7 working days after receiving the item back.
  8. If the Return has passed the Quality check, we will update our system and tag the order as returned/partially returned. If the Return has not passed the Quality check, we will update the customer as to the reason why via email and put the return on hold for 30 days.
  9. We will refund the customer via GCash for their Returned Item after all inspections have passed. We will send provide the Proof of Return to you via Email.
  10. We do not do Exchanges for Return Requests. But, we will refund you via your Gcash account and you may reorder at our website again.

Notes

  1. Returns is applicable for all orders delivered within 7 days
  2. Customer will handle both the Returns fee (Set by their courier of choice) and the new Shipping Fee (standard of P150.00 via Gogo Xpress)
  3. For returns that did not pass the Quality Check, we will only hold the item for 30 days. The item will be disposed after 30 days.
  4. The Returns Policy will be printed out and shown to the customer also upon Max providing a Return Label to the customer via Email.
  5. We cannot do a Return Request for Item/s that haven’t been delivered yet.
  6. Our timeline for Refund for the Return is 7 working days after us receiving the item back.
  7. Our timeline for processing the Exchange Item is also 7 working days after receiving the item back.
  8. For Return Requests due to a fault from our team, such as wrong size sent or a damaged item, our team will book the courier for you. Your Returns Shipping Fee is also waived. Our team will process the exchange item also internally for you.
