Returns and Refunds Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Returns Guideline:
- Email us your return details at AnimoNation.CustomerCare@gmail.com (Order #, Customer Name, Customer Address, Item to return, QTY, and Reason for the Return).
- We will verify your return request within 24-48 hours.
- If approved, you may return your order via any LBC branch. Please place the order # to be returned inside the packaging as well for easier identification and faster processing.
- The returns fee from LBC will be shouldered by the customer.
- Email us the return tracking slip after at hello@animo-nation.com.
- After we've received the order, expect a processing of your exchanged/refunded item within 3-4 weeks.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You may expect it within 1-2 weeks after we've fully processed your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be sent to your original payment method you have chosen when you ordered.
The days for the refunds to reflect in your customers' account differs depending on the mode of payment they used.
Card transaction - 30 banking days.
Atome transactions - 7 banking days
E-wallet and BillEase transactions - within 24 hours
Online Banking via BPI and UBP - upon request, we would need at least 3 banking days.
For now, PayMongo is unable to refund transactions made over-the-counter (7-Eleven, M Lhuillier, Cebuana) and made through UBP Online.
Please take note that monetary refunds for the reasons below will not be accepted. Instead, we will be giving you voucher codes that you can use to reorder totaling to the same amount of your initial purchase:
- Change of Mind
- Size does not fit
- Product Changes (Product, Size, Color, etc.)
- Order Information Changes
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at AnimoNation.CustomerCare@gmail.com
