24-Hour Delivery (by Lalamove)

Animo Nation's 24-hour delivery service is officially out! This ensures that any order you will place within Metro Manila will be delivered to you within 24 hours only!

We are currently on a soft launch as we continue to study this new Shipping Option. Below are our Rules regarding the 24-hour Delivery Service:

1. Your order will be delivered within 24 hours. All orders made before 12pm will be shipped the same day. All orders made after 12pm will be shipped the following Working day. Working days are from Monday-Friday only and does not include all Holidays.
2. Our operating hours for 24-hour deliveries are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
3. We will only ship via Lalamove.
4. You may expect delivery updates via E-mail.
5. Lalamove will reach out to you regarding your delivery. Please keep your contact lines (Phone, email) open.
6. Delivery is via NCR only. Nearby Provinces such as Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan, and Rizal are not yet included.
7. For failed deliveries, Refund will only be through a store voucher. Lalamove's Failed Delivery fee will be deducted in the amount refunded to them.
8. We do not have a dedicated mobile # for our 24-Hour Delivery yet.
9. The 24-hour delivery is still in it's testing phase as of the moment.
10. Customers can cancel same-day deliveries only if it's not booked yet. For cancellations, refund is via a store voucher only.
11. Customers cannot change their shipping method.
12. In case of problematic riders/drivers, please let us know via our social media channels and we'll report them to lalamove accordingly. It is advisable to collate evidences and we will report it to Lalamove.
