As reported in archerpride.com, the Green Archers will be going to Chicago this week for training at the Attack Athletics facility of top conditioning coach Tim Grover. This is where the likes of Kobe Bryant, Dwayne Wade, Tracy McGrady and even Michael Jordan go to in order to improve their physical strength and stamina. With this training, we are hopeful that the entire team will further sharpen their game skills and be in tip-top shape for the tough battles ahead.
It is no secret that many avid supporters are deeply concerned with the team’s problem at the foul line. This was evident in last Saturday’s match against Ateneo wherein the Archers failed to make the most out their trips at the charity stripe to seal the win. We hope that this could be further addressed while they are there.

By the way, since they are in Chicago, maybe they could get some tips from this guy who was able to drastically improve his free-throw shooting this season despite having the most bizarre looking shot release ever.
