Almond Vosotros scored 16 points, including 4 out of 6 three pointers as the De La Salle Green Archers bounced back from a forgettable outing last weekend to rout the Letran Knights 64-45 today.
In just his second game after being sidelined for almost a month due to injury, Vosotros was instrumental in breaking the game wide open halfway in the final period after making three-straight treys. He also finished the game with 7 rebounds and 3 assists.
Jeron Teng added 11 points and 3 assists while Norbert Torres had 7 points and 12 rebounds for the Green Archers, who are now tied with Ateneo in Group B at 6-1. Both teams will square-off for the first time this season on Saturday.
Unlike their previous game, La Salle was able to minimize their turnovers and was able to control the boards 50 to 34.
Mark Cruz was the lone player in double figures for Letran with 10.
